Well, I did that on my beginning of 3d drawing, it's not even an assembly.. it's totally extruded.. believe me it's an heavy file. It was meant to be sweeter to look at than... stability wasn't my first objective. I just wanted to practice myself with Solidworks... during my drawing class. Somehow I learned more on my own than with the teacher's advices.. :s

I don't think this boat has a good stability. It will never stay on top. Unless the keel is pure iron, it could somehow stabilize it but not in bad weather condition.
