Sorry madam that's a myth,it's nonsense too. Cows will produce milk for humans and they do,without having any calf to suckle. In Watford (UK) we run a Cow Protection program and the cows produce happily every day milk. Look on the positive side of life,being a Vegan isn't the topmost perfection in life you know.... Live in harmony with your fellow animals,if they want to provide milk lovingly for you,then reciprocate with them,don't be a false renunciate just for fame and glory.... Merry Xmas.

And its not very important to question the fact of exploitation because even if they werent exploited animals wouldn't do anything. There would be no gain from eating pure vegan or vegetarian food. Although I would draw upon more obvious factors like factory farming and the issues surrounding the growing demands on the agribusiness vs respect for life, it's so important to question whether the exploitation and slavery of a weaker species is okay! Also being veggie means pro human rights don't forget. And we're not trying to be super beings, we're just trying to live our lives in as a compassionate way as possible, it's just a small simple change we can make:)
