Yes Wine is the danger zone :0 thankfully I've only had wine once in the past 10 days. I am going to wait until T-giving to start load. I feel much better after wieghing in. I'll try to update with sister video tomorrow. thanks so much for always being so supportive.

Please get on the scale. It is what it is. Dont be too hard on yourself. I am on phase three and my next load days are Thanksgiving and the day after. It will be round three for me. I lost 28 lbs in round 1 and 18 lbs in round two for a total of 47 lbs. I hope to lose about 10-12 lbs in 23 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Think I am going to do shorter rounds--40 days is too long and most of the loss is within the 1st 3 weeks Get on the scale dammit-rnd 3 after turkey day

How is your sister doing? Have you been drinking a lot of wine? I remember you saying you loved to have your "drinks." That is a lot of sugar. You need to do the "load days" once you have had your first injections. Have your Thanksgiving Dinner early, and your "day after T-Day".

I think you should just restart or your gonna feel very hungry and maybe give in again..lol. But i believe in you! YOU CAN DO IT!! I jsut got done with my loading days! Tomorrow is my first VLCD.. I am so nervous im gonna mess up, but I have been very excited about this and it means alot to me so hopefully I don't! Good Luck.. stay with it, it really dose work if you work it!
