Oh man I know how you feel. I was an engineering major (although it was in CS). Finals sucked so much. It was a crappy 2 weeks. But the best part is when it's over and you have all winter break to enjoy. That was the best feeling and I remember it well.

I'm glad that you're feeling better. How you feel in your body is the most important thing. I started NutriSystem in the beginning of September. Their plan focuses more on portion sizes then anything else. I've lost 23lbs since then and I've learned a lot about what I should be eating in 1 day. So, I recommend NutriSystem also!

I have been an early subscriber of yours, and can honestly say I have never thought of the word "spoiled" when watching any of your vids. You have made it clear from past videos that you dont have a lot of money. So its nice to see you get some luxuries of life, even if it is just in the form of sunglasses. Personally, I could never justify spending the money on Oakleys. I buy sunglasses that are $5-$20. I had a friend buy a $125 pair of Oakleys which she lost within a month of buying! Ouch!

This will annoy you, but she doesn't do anything. She is a natural blonde. She said in an old video that she because of her Scandinavian lineage, she has brittle hair and nails too. Oh the memory just came to me lol! The bathing suit thing was a different time. I remember I went with my two friends and their moms to go shopping. And it was a store just for young girls. And I remember that I couldn't fit into ANY of the shirts because I had boobs and my friends didn't. Because I hit puberty at nine. So here were my two skinny friends trying on all these cute clothes and me starting to get some curves. It was so embarrassing and I just felt like everyone was judging me.

Um...I think it was last year...I was 20. One of my "friends" came over and he kept grabbing my "love handles." I started obsessing then... When I walked around at work I could feel the fat moving... I hate my butt in a swim suit, my thighs touch too and they have stretch marks. I wish I weighed 115 again. I weigh 135. I feel fat now. I started only eating 2 meals a day instead of three, and I applaud myself when I eat only one.

I first started obsessing over calories, and how my stomach looked when I was 10. Peopl had always called me fat kid, jokingly. But it still hurt. I'h had a very bad day once, and my mum ordered pizza for me. I ate it, and ate a lot. My brother called me fat. I went to my room and tried to throw it up. When I did I learned that not eating is a lot easier. So i didn't eat, and that's how I was sucked into Anorexia.

Great video, i eat 900-1100 ckals/day (keeps me regular) lol. The French may eat "fatty" foods like cheese but all the ingredients are pure meaning no chemicals and preservatives. They live a different lifestyle than Americans. I love Kale raw u should put extra virgin olive oil, squeeze fresh lemon, and sea salt and then mix it/message it into the kale. Don't get hung up on eating foods that r maybe less calories for example, light and fit yogurt over another organic yogurt that maintains the good bacteria but has more calories.

there are recipes for pasta with the raw food diet! i've had it before and it's REALLY good. you make noodles out of squash and drench it in a raw tomato sauce or pesto with olives and basil. it taste just like pasta and you feel really good after. you can literally recreate ANYTHING and it's really fun to do it. there are raw crepes, bagels and cream cheese, pasta, sushi rolls, indian food, pad thai, etc.

so i think what they do to the fruits and vegetables is they put... growth stuff in them, but i dont think its hormones... they give hormones to animals so there's more meat to them =[ and so the "regualr" blood oranges are less red because the red is more spread out. I´ve been on the raw diet for a few months, but I eat cooked, and some pastry too. I love raw food! These days when I have cravings I crave freshly juiced fruits and veggies, which I get from a place called Real Food where I live. I don´t know how people can eat so much unhealthy stuff, as you say. It´s ok for a while, but ultimately I think raw food is one of the more natural ways to eat. I can´t wait for the update! I love how you say that now you´ll always look good in a bikini!

seriously, if you have 25 of them, talk to your doctor about getting a lithotripsy. I'd already had 4 (the last one I passed was 6mm), and after that I discovered I still had 6 that were about 4-5mm, and I just had a lithotripsy done. My lithotripsy was 2 days ago, it didn't hurt at all, and I have not used pain medication. All you do is pass sand sized particles because they've been broken. Seriously, look into it.

I use pain medication for recreational purposes and I would suggest ibuprofen (Rx or Advil) b/c is much stronger than morphine/oxycontin/vicodin/etc. If you take about 1200 MG, you can't feel your whole body. Anyways, I passed a stone today, and it really sucked. I feel your pain (literally).

Good question. Although, the bigger question is what moms should tell their obese daughters - given that obesity is 100 times more common than anorexia in this country. I think anorxia is about too much control, and obesity too little. Both seem to stem from self-control issues. Many anorexics feel out of control of their lives at large, and so micro-manage their weights as compensation. This is probably the underlying neurosis that needs to be resolved.
