this song is gorgeous and the thing it does for me is link her new music to her older work. you could listen to this and then listen to any of her '90s or '80s songs and it's easy to tell that her voice really hasn't changed--just a bit lower. i was a bit freaked out about her sounding different in the last 2 albums until i really gave this song a good listen.

Although Routh is the best choice for Superman NOW, Superman Returns (in skimpier costume) was a major disappointment. It's so sad that there is no video for this song. This is a clear example of why I think she has faced certain set backs with the past 3 albums. The were all GREAT...the just lack song being released with videos. Sometimes what is so simple, is what is always over looked.

...and thats the sad thing River Phonix is dead and Jerry goldsmith who gave us this beautiful soundtrack is also gone. This a briilant movie and something i shared with my kids they love it. too bad they make movies like this innocent charm, no voilence this movie is about average kids .
