I got a gift set of tae bo videos about 10 years ago and I thought there was an 8-minute abs video, too. Has anybody ever seen it? I think I'm probably mixing 2 videos up, but I'm not sure.

FYI: I started doing this years ago. I'm glad someone posted this because it's only available on VHS. Who even has one of those VCR machines anyway? lol FYI This is an awesome workout. Only 8 minutes and if you're out of shape, you'll know it's good because you won't be able to finish it. After about a week of doing it, I already noticed toning throughout my entire body and noticeable weight loss in about a month.

tae bo es lo mejor bueno los primeros videos ke salieron junto kon este estan bien ya los nuevos los hizo mas lijeros y dinamicos y no se enfoko tanto en patadas y golpes pero ps ami me gustan los primeros videos y el extreme ke es con step y tambien los bootcamp

this work outs gotten easy for me. i tried moving up to the 50 minute cardio one that some on uploaded but i still cant do that one. so i'm kind of in a in between atm.
