keep your chest more upright with a tight arch and sit back into that suit. don't try to force the depth by bending over it will kill your leverages.

NIB Eureka "The Boss" upright that I got from Gibson's today. Neat machine! Compared to the Sanitaire S670. Sorry for the shaky video, I was pumped full of Sudafed which gives me tremors!

It just has a similar shape to the 28 from what I can see of the two, but I guess you have to see them in person to do a proper comparison... :)

Not so much like the 28 as it does the Convertible. The 28's a beast! Along with that big bulging bakelite hood! The Eureka 1900 series is essentially a more modern 1400 series which was introduced several decades ago to compete with the Hoover Convertibles. Even a BOL Eureka 1400 series will handily outclean a Convertible. They're built cheaper, but work a lot better.

When I made this video, the Sanitaire was running the VGII and the Eureka was running the el-cheapo wood core brushroll it came with. The low end Sanitaires and Eureka 1400 and 1900 series came with a wooden version of the VGII that has a plastic beater bar reminiscent of the agitator on a Hoover Convertible. It works alright but not as good as the VGII, and it's got sleeve bearings......yucko! Since this video it's been retrofitted with the 4-row brushroll with ball bearings.

I remember seeing that model Eureka at Ames department store back in 2000. Now when you made this video, did you run the Vib II or the new 4-row you got in the Sanitaire? I suppose if I had to guess by the sound I'd say its the Vibra groomer :P

I'm not surprised about that. This one is older stock though. All the paperwork from it dates from 2004. Now if I could only figure out how to decode the serial number!
