i wouldn't necessarily say he owns dave chappelle. dave is a legend, he's been around forever. russell is the best comedian of our time. all of daves stuff is gold, you can laugh through the WHOLE of his skits, but for russell he still has some stuff that's a bit weak. his impressions are legendary i can say that much, but as for complete skits from beginning to end, he's still getting better and better each time.
