Daniel Tammet is the man. He is great, and not just for his smarts with numbers. As someone who also has Asperger's syndrome, I could tell he does as well just by hearing him speak. P.S. That art museum is my favorite one. I love the modern art there.

sometimes it helps if to read your commments aloud to yourself and reflect on them. Does this comment make me seem shallow? is it well worded? will people understand, no matter how thick, what point I am trying to convey? I understand that your opinion is harmless. You wonder whether its better to have immense talent while being autistic or to be a regular, balanced person. I saw this guy in another tv interview. he learn a difficult language in one week... amazing. if i remember right he's a savant not since birth, he had a cerebral apoplexy and after that he just had this skills. blessed. so this potential lies in every brain... the problem is how to unlock it. besides rain man, the movie phenomenon has the same savant topic. nice film.
