he wore this because: 1. he's black, there no nationally known black fitness instructors at this level. he's it. 2. it was felt females [white females] would be more accepting of a traditional looking fitness outfit than what he normally wears 3. his more recent videos he wears the kick boxing shorts, regular t-shirts, wrapped hands 4. now that he's known he doesn't have to look like richard simmons.

i can see his nipples....but i just wonder why he would wear such an outfit...and this music is just...lmao...and then the strobe lights there at the end of the video...wow. L O L. HOWEVER, i absolutely LOVE billy blanks' cardio workout and two and a half years ago i lost 65 pounds in three months doing a combination if it and some pilates every single day and eating a low carb diet. ;O)
