What does my dislike of this song have to do with being sad or appreciating the beauty of God? Is is a rule that everyone must worship the way you do? There is probably lots of music I love that you would not find conducive to your worship. It is true that I find a lot of contemporary worship songs (not all) sad and depressing. Thank u. it's words i've heard b4. if u read the account of the woman caught in adultery the words Jesus says to her accusers are very important. he says let HIM who is without sin among u throw the first stone (referring to himself). they realise they have all sinned at some point, they leave and Jesus (the one who cud have stoned her) forgives her and lets her leave. that encounter changed her life forever. any encounter with God, hs Spirit or Jesus cannot fail to have some impact

There are things that hurt us and cause us pain, pain that is so deep that no one understands... no one can fix or reach. You think if you could just get blood for what was done to you, maybe justice would fix it. God gives us that blood, he let his son be put on a cross for us. To prove He is still here my electricity was to be shut off a week ago & by His grace and mercy it's still on!! Praise God!! I was on the brink of taking the short cut but He led me to a lady's house from my church that night. Such a peace after that. He showed His love that night. I felt abandoned but I have been reminded 10xover I have not been. See next post ...
