My take on this is that a studio for filming is not zoned for public use, hence no need to worry about things in the nature of fines for smoking a ciggy. By the by, why are you here watching the fella if you don't care for his actions?

Yes, it IS sad, very sad indeed to be smoking indoors at a public venue whilst the rest smoke in the rain and snow. But you're absolutely right Bigaee31, indoor smoking is so, SO sad.
